At Hendricker Farms, we take pride in offering a comprehensive 30-day return and refund policy for our esteemed customers. This gives you an ample window to assess your equipment purchase. The countdown begins from the moment you take possession of your equipment, and there are no restrictions on the time of day. Within this 30-day period, you have the liberty to thoroughly inspect your heavy equipment and opt for a return or exchange without the need for any justifications. To initiate a return or exchange, please notify us via email before 5:00 pm Pacific Time on the 30th day from the date of delivery, which we consider as day zero, the day of purchase.
Return Procedure:
For return requests, the equipment must be physically present at your location, and the transaction will be executed on-site. We guarantee a full refund of the original purchase price.
Insurance Coverage:
Please note that all items are insured during the return period, with the exception of cases involving accidents caused by the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Return Eligibility:
We regretfully cannot accept returns if the equipment has undergone modifications, been involved in an accident, altered from its original condition, or used as collateral for a loan (encumbrance).
Return Shipping:
In the event of a return, the cost of return shipping will be covered by us. If the heavy equipment meets the return eligibility criteria outlined above, we will process your return within 30 days. Refunds are promptly issued but may take 1 to 3 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
